Dein Profil

  • University degree in business administration / economics / law or equivalent education
  • Long-term experience in FI or international business, transaction banking or large corporate business
  • In-depth knowledge in all interbank commercial products, good knowledge in treasury and capital markets products, strong understanding of credit (countries and FI) and non-financial risks
  • Strong customer orientation, communication and presentation skills, strategic thinking, experience in leading diverse teams
  • Preparedness to travel and flexibility in working hours
  • MS Office, KDB/Cockpit, Ralfi, RICOS, PAM Reporting and other standard apps
  • Fluent in English and German, other CEE languages are of advantage

Deine Aufgaben

  • Leading a very experienced Relationship Management and FI Product Sales Team with matrix management responsibility for local FI Teams in CEE
  • Assuming group-wide responsibility for the business with all FI clients (across all product areas) - Business steering but also First Line of Defense for any credit and NFR risks and the preparation of the yearly FI Business and Risk Strategy
  • Being accountable for optimising and steering overall FI client profitability as well as to compile and monitor KPI budget targets from interbank commercial FI product sales (cash, accounts, trade, guarantees, loans and other credit)
  • Assuming responsibility for the entire bank credit limit management process (portfolio optimisation, applications, allocations to products and entities and process development)
  • Defining the parameters and managing the maintenance of our international correspondent banking network
  • Interfacing with Treasury Trading, DCM, ALM, Group TB/TF Sales, Loan/TF Product Management, Legal, and Banking Services in the Holding and CEE banks and other international presences (primarily HK branch) involved in FI business as well as Credit Risk Management, Corr Banking Compliance, ROCC and ESG offices
  • Building personal relationships with domestic and international top priority clients and participating in any business dialogues - bilateral meetings, business trips, conferences
  • Participating and contributing to projects related to FIs (business strategies, infrastructure, regulatory, product development)
