- You have several years of relevant professional experience in project management or consulting
- Your very good technical understanding, especially in the online and eCommerce environment as well as in the connection of technical interfaces characterize you
- Ideally, you already have experience in the loyalty CRM environment of online or stationary retail

- Willingness to travel within Europe and a good command of written and spoken German and English round off your profile

- As a technical consultant, you support your colleagues in discussions with PAYBACK partners
- You analyze and evaluate technical requirements and place new products and services
- You will be responsible for technical project deliveries to both new and existing partners
- The creation of technical sales presentations, interface specifications, process descriptions and how-to guides round off your broad range of tasks

Was macht ein Projektmanager*in?
Wenn du auf Herausforderungen, Abwechslung, Multitasking und viel Verantwortung stehst, ist Projektmanager definitiv der richtige Job für dich. Es gibt keinen klassischen Arbeitsalltag. Je nach Größe des Unternehmens und Branche kann sich die tatsächliche Umsetzung des Berufs unterscheiden. Grundsätzlich kümmerst du dich eigenständig um die erfolgreiche Umsetzung von Projekten. Dabei steht das große Ganze im Vordergrund und du betreust alles von der Vorbereitungsphase über die Strukturplanung bis hin zur Durchführung und Kontrolle. Du koordinierst den Ressourceneinsatz, stellst ein konkretes Ziel auf und teilst die Mitarbeiter für ihre jeweiligen Aufgaben ein. Als Projektleiter bist du derjenige, der den Plan hat. Trotzdem musst du flexibel genug sein diesen auch in Plan B, C oder D umzuwandeln. Die Projekte können von externen Kunden in Auftrag gegeben werden oder intern in deiner Firma zustande kommen, zum Beispiel, wenn neue Produkte eingeführt werden sollen. Während es früher vor allem in der Bauwirtschaft und im Anlagenbau Projektmanager gab, gibt es sie heute in fast jedem größeren Unternehmen.
