Dein Profil
- Minimum of 3 years professional experience in IT Operations, Linux-, Network-, and Application-Administration
- Proficient in shell scripting in the Linux environment
- Experience in the use of cloud infrastructure (AWS) and associated tools (e.g., Kubernetes, Jenkins, GIT, Prometheus, Scripting, Python)
- Familiar with security aspects and responsible handling of personal data
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Good German (at least B2 level) and very good English skills (at least C1 level)
Deine Aufgaben
- Manage SaaS customer projects for our Loyalty Management Suite (LMS)
- Maintain a holistic view of the services provided and be part of the 2nd-level on-call team
- Shape the continuous development of projects using expertise in operations, cloud, networking, and monitoring
- Develop and manage new solutions in the area of operational control, monitoring, CI/CD deployment
- Support the technical operation of the customer, analyze disruptions, and drive optimizations
- Acquire knowledge about new tools and technologies and evaluate their suitability and economic efficiency for use in operations and projects
