This role is limited to 18 month and is part-time (25 hours/ week).

Dein Profil

  • A completed university degree in business administration is desirable; alternatively, you have completed commercial training and professional experience in retail
  • You have good knowledge in conducting training sessions; additional training as a trainer (e.g., IHK) is desired
  • You have a class B driver's license and are willing to travel extensively (approx. 50 days per year, nationwide)
  • You have excellent presentation skills and PowerPoint knowledge, as well as strong organizational talent and project management skills
  • You are open and communicative and enjoy interacting with partners and their employees
  • Additionally, you are curious, willing to learn, motivated, and enthusiastic about new topics

Deine Aufgaben

  • You plan, conceptualize, and implement projects and campaigns for our German and Austrian PAYBACK partners at the point of sale and further develop them
  • You are responsible for the successful implementation from the initial timing, through coordination and communication with various internal and external interfaces
  • You take care of the creation of (print) advertising materials, always considering our brand strategy and corporate design
  • You are responsible for reporting and success controls within your projects and derive recommendations for optimization
  • You conceptualize employee materials and further develop training measures for PAYBACK partners and their employees
  • You advise partners on all questions regarding PAYBACK training topics and ensure the implementation of the brand strategy and corporate design within partner communication
  • You are responsible for inventory management and the further development of the PAYBACK card process
  • You manage internal interfaces (e.g., production, campaign) as well as external partners and agencies for smooth process handling
