Dein Profil

  • Proven record of experience as a Mainframe Software Architect or in a similar position
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in mainframe technologies and systems, specifically in Natural/Adabas or COBOL/DB2
  • Expertise in designing and implementing concepts for complex software solutions
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, an analytical thinking approach and the ability to dig through the most complex systems
  • Strong communication skills both in English and German
  • High personal initiative, the ability to work in a team and across a whole IT organization
  • Beneficial: Experience in banks and especially in the domain of Payments- or Coresystems
  • Very good knowledge of IT-Security, Reliability and Quality-Requirements of critical systems
  • Know-How in other Programming languages and technologies, such as Java, Kafka, Kubernetes

Deine Aufgaben

  • Responsibility for the architecture and design of the central Erste Group Payments System
  • Analysis and evaluation of the existing system architecture and identification of improvement potentials and enhancements
  • Collaboration with the solution management team to design technical solutions that align with new specifications
  • Continuous review and updating of the system architecture to meet changing requirements
  • Ensure security, scalability, and performance of the Payments System
