- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Engineering
- 3-4 years of experience in Sales & or Sales Operations
- Demonstrated leadership and influence skills including strategizing and driving change across multiple groups & departments.
Deine Aufgaben
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Leaders to monitor the Regional GTM performance and transform into insights for Monthly GTM Reviews (includes GTM scorecard / bookings, AO coverage and pipeline)
- Monitor data solutions for GTM Execution and collaborate with BU Ops, Customer Experience & Global Analytics to improve data integrity in support of the GTM Scorecard
- Partner with Regional Sales Leaders to determine the regional GTM execution rhythm, oversee and communicate progress towards landmarks and action plans.
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Leaders and Regional Business Partner to prepare the monthly GTM reviews
- Identify regional needs that require process or data solution improvements, collaborate with Global Sales Operations to implement
- Monitor key sales processes (opportunity management & account planning) and drive effectiveness by driving process design and continuous improvement
- Effectively communicating to stakeholders at all levels – from executive leadership to individual contributors – to keep them informed and engaged as necessary
- Actively participate in global execution improvement projects
- Create process and technical content

- Data Manipulation & Analysis (Tableau, Excel, SFDC).
- Experience with Sales related tools like Salesforce a plus.
- Experience in process modeling tools is a plus.
- PMP, PMI, Lean Six Sigma certification or similar a plus.
