Dein Profil

  • You hold a degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Finance or Supply Chain.
  • You have strong analytical skills and enjoy working with data to improve processes.
  • You are experienced in industrial engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
  • You understand factory operations and financial metrics, with a focus on efficiency and loss reduction.
  • You bring expertise in tools like SAP, MS Excel, and Power BI to analyze and visualize data.
  • You are familiar with Lean Manufacturing principles (TPM / MSE) and their practical application.
  • You communicate fluently in German and English and enjoy working across departments.
  • You take initiative and work proactively to drive change.

Deine Aufgaben

If you enjoy analyzing data, identifying opportunities for optimization, and driving cost savings, this role offers an exciting challenge.
  • Analyze and visualize factory KPIs to support decision-making and performance tracking.
  • Identify and reduce inefficiencies through loss analyses and process improvements.
  • Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives to achieve annual saving goals.
  • Plan factory capacity and scenarios to support strategic decision-making.
  • Own and drive parts of factory Lean Manufacturing program deployment roadmap.
  • Coach and support teams in problem-solving methodologies.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure a data-driven approach to factory optimization.
