- Build strong partnership with management and employees to coordinate personnel actions and create work environment equipped to meet business needs.
- Provide effective and efficient customer support to employees and leaders.
- Collaborate, plan, and advocate for employee and Company interests as HR Team member.
- Proactively identify HR challenges and offer solutions to build a sustainable and effective work environment.
- Maintain and build a good collaboration with works council.
- Responsible for talent management processes including yearly appraisals, development initiatives, and training.
- Recruitment and onboarding.
- Lead local HR projects and support EMEA/global projects.
- Performance management.
- Facilitate communication and resolution.
- Interpret, advise, and counsel employees and leaders on policies and HR procedures.
- Analyze and make recommendations for a competitive pay and benefits strategy.
- Prepare annual wage/salary plans.
- Completion of benefit surveys and other reporting requirements.
- Work on administrative duties (e.g. payroll related tasks, work contracts, reference letters, etc.)

Zusätzliche Informationen
For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum three years of experience in HR.
- Works council experience required.
- Must be professional and able to build rapport with employees, management, works councils, and external contacts.
- English language proficiency required.
- Must be collaborative, self-directed, and a hands-on problem solver with the ability to motivate and manage change.
- Knowledge of excel, HR database familiarity, and other software applications required.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Degree in Business, Human Resources or Humanities preferred.
- Master’s in Human Resources or MBA preferred.
- HR generalist experience is highly preferred.
- Work experience in an international Company and matrix organization, and experience in a manufacturing environment are strongly preferred.
- Effective oral and written communication with strong presentation skills preferred.
