Head of Research & Talent Intelligence Executive Search at Coca-Cola HBC is a successful Group Centralized function responsible for delivering end to end external Senior Leadership hiring for the Top 300 Segment (1% of the organization). In addition to the core activities and contribution to Leadership Succession, we are progressively offering more sophisticated advisory services related to Research and Talent Intelligence with the aim of providing actionable insights to our Business Leaders.
This new role holder will be responsible to elevate the current Research and Talent Intelligence practice, focusing in 3 combined areas:
- Knowledge Management
- Executive Talent Sourcing Strategy
- Talent Intelligence: Strategy and Delivery
Dein Profil
- Corporate Executive Search, Executive Research/ Search Consultant or Management Strategy Consulting background.
- 3+ years at the Managerial level in either executive Search, Talent Sourcing or Management Consulting.
- High level of experience on complex Research projects combining Primary and Secondary.
- FMCG Industry expertise, ideally across Europe and Africa.
- Business interest, market awareness of players and industry challenges.
- Experience with the Management and organization of Information from multiple sources.
- Reporting skills, ability to manage large sets of data, MS Excel, Power BI etc.
- Strategic mindset, planning skills, rigorous execution discipline.
- High level of Project Management skills.
- High level stakeholder management and engagement skills, this role will interface with C level suite and senior leaders.
- High level presentation and communication skills.
- Journalist experience is a plus.
- Drive for excellence.
- Self-managed high standards to deliver high quality of work.
- Interest and curiosity for the most advanced opportunities to leverage technology (e.g. AI).
Deine Aufgaben
- Cooperate with the Executive Search and Talent Sourcing teams dedicated to Senior Levels in Coca-Cola HBC.
- Design and supervise correct execution of Talent Sourcing Strategies for all projects in the Search and Talent Sourcing Teams.
- Organize and manage information related to Executive Search across our systems (Avature) and sources of information.
- Monitor the right use of resources from teams.
- Design, project manage and execute unique, high level Talent Intelligence projects related to Executive Talent.
- Support and manage partnership with Executive search firms and research companies.
- Build capability and community of practice in Search and Talent Sourcing teams related to Research best practices and Talent intelligence.
- Partner and participate in cross functional team projects in areas like Employer Branding, Succession and Talent management, workforce planning and Talent Assessment/Acquisition, and any other strategic initiatives.
