Dein Profil

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of marketing processes, campaign execution, and data analytics.
  • Proficiency with marketing technology platforms (e.g., Power Bi, Power Automate, SQL, CRM, email marketing, automation tools).
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Lead the marketing operations function, implement a regional customer experience strategy, optimize marketing processes, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Manage and lead a team of 11 people, ensuring collaboration, growth, and success within the team.
  • Implement and manage marketing analytics tools to track campaign, CX performance and ROI.
  • Analyze marketing data to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing campaigns and strategies.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards/reports to monitor key marketing metrics.
  • Develop and optimize CX processes to ensure efficiency and consistency across touchpoints.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute CX and complaints initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Track marketing spend against budget, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Manage the budgeting process and weekly follow up with accounting teams.
  • Manage and optimize marketing data stack that feed the CRM, email marketing, and automation tools.
  • Ensure the integration of marketing technologies with other systems for seamless data flow and reporting.
  • Lead the implementation of marketing automation strategies to improve lead generation and customer engagement.
  • Act as a liaison between marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the marketing team.
  • Provide training and support to team members on marketing tools and processes.
