We design power conversion systems for automated test and measurement applications in the electric vehicle market. These systems consist of state-of-the-art modular hardware and software products and are constantly evolving as new requirements arise. They include power electronic actuators and sensors, FPGA and CPU-based real-time computing and networking, and model-based engineering toolchains and control applications.

Dein Profil

  • Master degree in Micro Electronics, Electrical Engineering and Information technology or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Expertise in VHDL or Verilog is required
  • Experience with at least one of the major toolchains is required (Lattice, Intel and/or Xilinx)
  • Able to write clean, maintainable code and related test, documentation and packaging
  • Eager to learn and to continuously improve your skills, also in adjacent domains like hardware
  • Proficiency in English and German (written and spoken, B1+).

Deine Aufgaben

  • Debug, finetune and optimize FPGA based designs and firmware for power systems
  • Write documentation, tooling and tests for your designs
  • Deploy and verify the firmware on hardware prototypes
  • Work in a multi-disciplinary team with software, hardware and firmware engineers.
