Dein Profil
- You have successfully completed a degree in (business) informatics, business administration or comparable training
- You have several years of professional experience (> 3 years) in the application support of EASY or other DMS solutions OR in Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central application support AND in the support of recruiting solutions such as AVATURE
- You are characterized by helpfulness, strong communication skills and solution orientation
- You have a high sense of responsibility and integrity as well as a structured and independent way of working
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills round off your profile

- You are responsible for solving incoming 1st and 2nd level support cases and are flexible in finding solutions
- You communicate purposefully in English and/or German with your internal customers (central departments such as HR, GCO,...)
- Technical expertise and clear solution communication go hand in hand for you
- Adherence to and implementation of compliance processes is a matter of course for you and you keep our how-to's and documentation up to date
