• Technical background and first experience with development or scripting
• Professional contact with SharePoint and Microsoft 365
• First experience (school, university, internships) in the areas of intranet, compliance & information protection
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 or SharePoint is a must
• Experience in PowerShell scripting or Power Platform is an advantage
• Experience in developing SPFX web parts with TypeScript, HTML and SASS or CSS as well as in software development is another plus
• Ability to take charge and ownership of assigned tasks with a drive for completion
• You have an eye for design and excellent written and spoken English skills (C1)

• Operating and extending the intranet for 50.000 people in an agile team
• Implementation of requirements, troubleshoot and advice on technical issues with our business partners in the context of the intranet solution
• Supporting and advising business partners for the development of new features
• Plan and set up SharePoint components, carry out migration projects and work closely with your team and related departments
• Support users with 2nd and 3rd Level Support as well as administration in moderating the taxonomy of meta information and search engine optimization to ensure the best UX for the employees of Erste Group
• Ensuring and adhering to the necessary processes for proper operation

Salary: A competitive and performance-related salary dependent on your professional and personal qualifications is granted - we are obliged by law to quote the minimum wage of EUR 2.500,- gross per month for this full time position.
