“If you come to a city and you get this really tense feeling of excitement, you might make a good Urban Researcher”, which nowadays is also Sabine Knierbeins job. The coolest part of her occupation is the freedom of choosing topics she really likes to work with: “I can work on urban furniture and toilets one day and I can go to music festivals and analyse it the next day. The only precondition is that it has to do something with urban life.”
